- Price
- Fees are as displayed at checkout and within the Service (tax-inclusive where indicated). New subscriptions and re-subscriptions after cancellation are charged at the price shown at that time. While a subscription remains active, the monthly rate for that subscription does not change (grandfathered pricing), except that in extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, currency collapse) we may revise the rate for existing subscriptions with prior notice (see Terms: Paid Subscriptions and Billing).
- Charges other than the product price
- Internet access, data charges, currency conversion, and bank or payment fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card and other methods provided by Stripe, Inc., as displayed at checkout.
- Payment timing
- Charged at subscription start and at the beginning of each subsequent billing period (automatic renewal).
- Service delivery
- Paid features are available immediately after successful payment (or after account linkage, if required).
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital content and subscriptions, we are generally unable to provide refunds or prorated adjustments for fees already paid, for any reason (see Terms: Refunds and Digital Content/Withdrawal). Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current paid period. Cancel via in-app account settings or the Stripe customer portal, as directed in the Service.
- System requirements
- Recent major browsers and an internet connection are recommended. Some features may not work on all combinations.
- Dispute resolution
- Disputes are governed by Japanese law with exclusive first-instance jurisdiction in the Utsunomiya District Court, as set forth in the Terms of Service.
- Notes
- Disclosure under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Terms and Privacy Policy apply to all users, including outside Japan.
